Resources

The Climate Change Support programme, funded by Welsh Government, provides support to Local Authorities as they work towards becoming net-zero carbon by 2030.

Focussing around the four key themes of Welsh Government’s decarbonisation route map; buildings, land use, transport and procurement, the programme will deliver a range of support including toolkits, commissioned research on interventions to achieving net-zero, training to build knowledge and expertise, and events to facilitate sharing of best practice. The Programme also covers adaptation, looking at steps needed to improve the resilience of council services and communities in the face of climate change impacts.

This webpage will be updated regularly with information on the programme and provide a bank of resources to support Local Authorities on the journey to decarbonisation.
